Smash Camp 2011

We've been once again invited to participate in Smash Camp.

Smash Camp is an all-round, Nintendo gaming 'camp' that consists of a number of forums combining together to battle it out in various competitions! This is its fifth year and we've been invited to join!

Some competitions include:
- Writing
- Graphics
- Tournaments
- Arcade Game High-Score Competitions

"There's a great variety of things to do. We offer something for everyone to make sure every camper (no matter what skill level) has fun. And whoever from your forum can participate. We'll be offering graphical advertisements for all websites who participate at the top of our board. We encourage "every member" to check out each forum and register if they find it interesting. Not only is it a week of fun, participating forums have the opportunity to gain new members."

And play their games, tournaments, etc.

I will unlikely join this year, but I wish anyone going in from here or from Mario Kart 7 Forum success. Represent us and make us proud.

Games and tournaments... on site or through Wii? If there on the forums Ill join.
I mean a have a Wii in access, but no Internet for it.

Well, last year it involved only Flash games, but they have had games like Mario Kart and Smash Bros in the past.

And the event is held on the Smash Camp forum, but involves participants from a number of other forums.

So they're gonna be doing more this year?

They're asking for activity suggestions now. Not really sure what's going to happen, but I can guarantee Flash games and probably some art 'n craft contests.

I would personally like to see a Minecraft activity, but whatever.

I'm the host of this year's Smash Camp.

Camp starts tomorrow and we would love to get you all to participate in this year's camp.
We'll have flash games, craft work, online tournaments including Mario Kart Wii and Team Fortress 2, check it otu guys, I'd love to see you there.

If The TF2 stuff actually ends up happening, what format will it take? Simple scrimmages on a few maps or what?

Twas fun. The team I was on came third, but it was a close game so twas all good.
